In some cases with Unity 4.5 building for IOS might fail with the following error:

dyld: Symbol not found: _glBeginQuery

due to Unity 3D issue - http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/force-opengl-es-2-0-still-calls-3-0-functions.250756/

To fix this you just need to set in the build settings "Force OpenGL ES 3.0"
