Check if a firewall is blocking the Activator and that port 3000 is open.

If the problem still persists, try using the offline activation (check the documentation for details on that). The offline activation requires you to send an e-mail and you’ll receive an activation token as a reply. Of course, you could contact our support at any time if you feel you need it.
